The Sensetel app is particularly useful for people who are healthy and independent, but perhaps live at some distance from their family “support network”. Equally, the app is a boon for families managing shielding or lockdown issues, and for people with very busy lives. Data is collated and delivered daily, but not 24 hours a day.

Sensetel uses end to end encryption for all data, no conversations are recorded or stored.
Consent is formally required and requested when the app is downloaded on to the loved one’s mobile. Procedurally, this is given by them recording their consent as the initial voice print so that the system can recognise their voice. The system allows for their consent to be withdrawn at anytime.
The Sensetel app was originally designed to Android specifications. iOS can review Sensetel’s reporting of voice data captured on other Android devices, but it cannot capture the user’s voice on the Apple iPhone at present. This feature is being added and will be available soon.
No, we can check only one person per number. Sensetel is not available on a landline connection.
No, high levels of anxiety or depression can affect anyone. Our system will work with a wide range of people, from the elderly to an adult dependant with special needs, to a child away at university.
